<p>Weight training helps to increase muscle mass; so there is some benefit when incorporated into your weight loss program.  It will also increase your resting metabolic rate (the amount of calories burned while resting).  However aerobic exercise burns more calories.</p>
<p>A moderate calorie restriction with regular exercise is the best way to lose weight.  As long as a person is consistent, the weight loss will be steady and slow; which will develop a lifestyle change.</p>

<p>There being no treatment available for dilated heart at the time, Dr.  Hay was inspired to treat his own symptoms. Brought about in 1911 by a New York Physician, Dr.  William Hay came up with the idea of Proper Food Combining as an alternative way of curing himself from his medical condition (Bright&#8217;s Disease).  He ended up not just curing himself, but coming up with an amazing discovery in treating disease and preventing illness from recurring.  Not to mention high energy for every day living.  Still, some myths abound on the concept of proper food combining that need to be given correction. 1.  The concept of proper food combining generally deals with food tastes and how a certain type of food interacts with other types of foods. Though taste is an appealing factor when it comes to eating (or should I say, indulging), it has nothing to do with correctly combining one&#8217;s meals.
